  • It's official...

It's official...I am now retired today at 1500 hours german time. I will be flying back to the states on the 8th of March and back to WA state.

I have a little over 25 years total of service...what am I gonna do now that I am not working??? There is a small river on my rez that has a bunch of trout that need catching and of course to travel to every single NDN casino and win or donate to that casino...I hope to win of course.

I will also be traveling back to Europe in the summer to see some of the metal festivals and see some of the battlefields I missed while being stationed here.

I will miss the guys who are now serving, but its their turn now to pick it the slack and carry on after I leave today...it has been my Honor to put my life many times for my Country, and our way of life. I love my Country and wish nothing but the best to those who continue to stand a post and guard against all enemies foreign and domestic.

Congrats NSB, enjoy the civvy side of life now... when I retire, I'm going to spend most of it travelling in this beautiful country I've spend 27 years defending... hard to see the sights when you're overseas all the time..

I suggest you take some time to see your country as well... and really enjoy it.

Congratulations, Ndnsoldierboy. And thank you for your dedication and service so we can still be a part of the greatest country in the world.

Now go home and have your family dress you in an Eagle Bustle outfit and dance for all those who served with you.

I'll raise up a brew in your honor...but I can't let it touch my lips. LOL

Why must I feel like that..why must I chase the cat?
