  • NAHC wants to remove public comment

Native American Heritage Commission is trying to remove written public comments. This is an issue do the volatility of the Commission itself. It can have a meeting anywhere in California and only have to give the public a 10-day notice. This is an issue, especially if you plan to attend and they move it to another date. Elders, people with disabilities and so forth shouldn't have their voices silenced. Below is the petition and direct audio of the incident. Our voices shouldn't be silenced and spreading the word to other indigenous communities.

    by Lenoia_2014
I have a question and I hope it isn't a dumb one but it's one I have truly always wanted to find out. Do American Indians believe in Jesus and christianity? Or do they have their own religion? If so, what is their religion? How do you practice it? And is it so that when American Indians were taken into...
