Please can someone help me and tell me WHAT this dream or vision means?

I used to interpret dreams. I had no idea what I was doing, so I made it all up.

So War Dancer I think perhaps since broccoli makes us gassy the dream is gas induced , leading to us to drift off into dream state , leading us to unknown places, I really don't know where this is going other then I have to urge to eat broccoli and take a nap :)

Well, I was just trying to get clarification as to what my dream meant and I thought what better place to ask than here, among my fellow American Indian people....but excuse me if I was being rude or out of place but so I guess if I'm confused as to what the dream meant, I should just stay confused because it's improper to ask those of my people who are more wiser than I what my dream meant.....Won't make the mistake of thinking that this forum is a helpful place for those who wish to seek the answers to what has been shown to them, however thank you to eyesrbrown4areason for your nice and warming answer, it did clear up some of my confusion and my bewilderment as to what my dream/vision meant, so thank you :)

Your "fellow American Indian people" here come from many Nations, so being half Cheyenne, your dream would likely hold a different meaning to me, than to you. Then again, I would ask a fellow Cheyenne privately what it meant, rather than just tossing it out there on a forum in cyber land. If I were you, I would follow the advice from Josiah.

I think it's the old ones coming to you in a dream telling you to forget about learning Spanish and learn about your own culture before it's lost...

It would be better for you to consult someone personally in private, because many can use this dream against you, yet your desire to know is there. Another way is for you to meditate and ask the Spirit to help you with the right guidance and individual to assist you, and to tell or show you what this dream is about if you so desire. You must be careful as there are evil spirits and good spirits. That is why you need help.

Other than that many find it taboo to announce a dream to the open without first consulting certain individuals for their permission and explanation.

That is exactly what Josiah said from #1 to #5. The best way is to go to the medicine man or woman who will give you ceremony and will interpret your dreams if this is serious dreams.

A vision can be used by boys or men who are going on fast by themselves to get special dreams.

Sometime, there will be a sweat lodge for them to cleanse their bad spirits and maybe will get dreams, too. I have never been in the sweat lodge. I tried to go in the past but there were always interruptions for me not to go to the sweat lodge. Beside, I could not hear or understand what the people in the sweat lodge saying. But I do smudge or smoke pipe to clean out my bad spirit, too. So that help me.
