That person is in charge of everything within the arena and everything concerning the arena.I believe blood quantums are the governments way to breed us out of existance !

It depends on what kind of pow wow it is. Is it a contest or non-contest pow wow? Essentially, the AD is responsible for anything concerning the arena. He's responsible for the flow of the pow wow. He keeps things going. He has to be on his toes and pays attention to detail. His focus is making sure everything runs smoothly.
He doesn't sit on his *** nor overtly flirt with many women while ignoring his duties, that's for sure. LOL.Bead All You Can BeadComment
