the place i worked at had a poster in the lunch room also. it was one of those inspiration-themed posters. it read L E A D E R S H I P at the top of it, some mumbo jumbo at the bottom. it showed a mother, father and young boy walking along a beach just as the sun was setting. the young boy was walking hand in hand alongside his mother. he was looking up at her as if he was talking to her. some wise guy wrote on there- uh, i better not say lol

I think it's pretty iconic, because I was thinking of writing the same thing! (but in my persoanl words). Three years ago I had a job and in the lunch room they had a poster about that kind of whistleblower. I was gonna write about that but remembered how my brother thought I was acting all somehow when I talked about things from my job. So I figured i'd be humble and speak on a personal level and talk about my whistle in a good way like that. I give them props tho, gooder minds think alike!

Whistleblowers may make their allegations internally (for example, to other people within the accused organization) or externally (to regulators, law enforcement agencies, to the media or to groups concerned with the issues).

Whistleblowers frequently face reprisal - sometimes at the hands of the organization or group which they have accused, sometimes from related organizations, and sometimes under law.
