missing outfit

my brother is missing his fancy feather dance outfit (see picture). it was either left behind accidentally or it was stolen. he used it last at san manuel powwow in san bernadino california on october 11th, he dances in the northern mens catagory. it was stored in black suitcase. everything was inside his suitcase, bustles, beadwork, roach, everything. if you have seen or have his oufit please e-mail me.
