Okay HULK, lets talk this through. You want old school, like Chico. so lets go with lt green background beadwork. Lets add white, med green, dk green to that, and maybe an accent color or two, lets say orange and yellow.

for bustles you could go with white spikes, 2 or 3 rows of hackles on the outside?

1) maybe white, dk green, lt green, and then yellow of orange on the inside

2) maybe dk green, lt green, white, then yellow or orange on the insdie

3) maybe white, yellow, lt green, then orange on the inside.

there are all sorts of possibilities..

Maybe the more you dance you may want more than one pair of bustles!

okay HULK, now we got colors, but what about designs and shapes?

Apron/yoke set is next to consider. Since your a beginner, you probably won't be beading a set to begin with. Make a set out of fabric to start, then bead one later. Look at all the shapes, forks, rounded, square, pointed, etc.

Remember this is your starter outfit, it won't be your "A" game (like Tiger), but its a place to learn and start.

Iowa Boy... if you don't mind, I'll field this one as a one time single Dad with an Ex!! Well Asmajol as you know males have a pair of ummm... pair of family jewels. Jewels yeah that's what we'll call 'em, Well I think at some point in the relationship she... ummmm well she ummmm... removes one while he's sleeping and doesn't let him know about till after he leaves and she holds this over his head every time she needs something from him when it comes to his kid or kids, with the promise she'll return it someday!!
