Check out the loose fan on page 47 in Native peoples the next time you are in a books store. The feather work, beadwork are all a++++. It is one to strive to be that good.

I have a question about the fan. Is it mandatory for a jingle dancer to have a wing fan or can a regular fan do??

What kind of fan do you use if you use one, tail, wing, or other?? I prefer using a tail fan, and I see lots of other jinglers using tail fans, and others using the wing fans. Which do you prefer and/or use?
