ahhhhhhhh....pink. LOL. I seen some dark pinks that look good, put stay away from the neon kind. I try to look for original material, kinds that no one else in powwow land has! haha. Then white ribbon and fringe always makes a outfit look clean, even when its dirty on the ends, just says....man this person dances hard.... . If you have family designs or colors use those, if you don't make some up so if you end up making 3-4 regalias he can interchange them. I tend to keep it light and airy for my son so he can breathe as he dances hard. Have fun and post a pic when you're done

I agree, but using a little contrasting fringe makes it stand out all the more.

Wow!! That's kinda deep.....I wasn't really think'n about anything but taste and looks here. I wasn't think'n bout personality, character, or psychology......just looks. For some reason it just doesn't look right......doesn't look "Native" or something. I know some pretty awesome men dancers who wear pink.....still ....I don't like it.

My sons is in his third outfit now and the first one was orange, white, and blue.It looked really good. The second was blue, green, red, yellow, white, and black that was still nice but In my opionion to many colors. The outfit he has now is green with red, yellow, white and black ribbions and yarn and I do like it. So i guess it depends on your taste what you like.

when in doubt get a color wheel .. it'll give u ideas on coordinating color combos. and yea dont do tooo much neon .. some accent is good. but to use it for example as your main color .. no!! .. might give someone an epileptic seizure .. lol.

and dont go for that red/black, yellow/black or white/black, yellow/red, etc. combos that only use those two colors .. in my opinion are very dreary. most men go for those combos thinking its "man-ly" but its not very eye catching. throw some color in there!! rainbow colors look good on any background ..

I personally find that the "haloween" theme, like black, orange, and yellow doesnt look that good... also I know its popular, but dont go with all-white fringe...shake things up a bit-- i use a white base layer with rainbow fringe, u might wanna try that, it looks really good. Good luck!

I heartily reccomend avoiding any colors you might see on highway workers - unless of course your dad IS a highway worker
