Yokes or H-Harness

which do you prefer Yokes , H-Harness or both I need help figuring out which on to use so if you guys have an advice that would be great , which is more often seen out in the circle thank for any help you guys can offer

personally i like the way the harness when it sits on a ribbon shirt
