    Hey guys i need so help what should i work on for grass dance weight lifting / working out muscle groups i should work on so that i don't hurt myself

      Well - what hurts after dancing????

      Also - stamina - dancing is aerobic exercise, so work on building up endurance - can you dance 6-8 songs in a row, and not be dying?? And I mean dance - not just stepping..... Yes - it's ok to sweat, but after doing 6 songs, you sit out one, are you then ready to do 6 more - how fast do you recover??

      Aerobic exercise and like tigger says - work out everything - a good all around workout - because dancing is a good all around workout.
