Well after almost a year I have started to construct my outfit. It ends up that I have decided to go with my original color of the basic outfit. I have also choosen a few other accents colors to give it alittle life. I have taken pictures of making the shirt and am getting them developed, when I get them I will scan a few and post em. Alot of people on here kept ragging on me to see what I had gotten done so far, and now that I have finally started on it I figured that I would post proof. And to maybe help out those in the future that may want to know who. Although I myself am learning as I go, so as I learn and make new things I will pass it an post it on.

This first photo is the front with the back of the shirt underneath it the top left is the collar and the top right is the yoke underneath. I guess you could either make a shirt(if you choose to) either with or without the collar, probably without the yoke also, but I want the shirt to feel secure.Attached FilesThere should be a law against stupid people being able to breed!

This second photo is of the collar and yoke sewed on along with the sleeves. For some reason I didn't take a photo in between making the sleeves and sewing them on. Sleeves are basically easy to put on. I wasn't sure if I would be able to fit the whole shirt into the photo so I turned the top of the sleeves over to make them lay closer to the shirt.Attached FilesThere should be a law against stupid people being able to breed!

This last one is with me playing around with some ideas. I had already had a rope of yarn tied from last year laying around so I decided to lay the yarn over the shirt to see what affect the white over the royal blue would look like. It looks kind of plain with just one layer of yarn over top but it gives a person the idea of what the colors do for one another. I had also taken a pic of a ribbon lay out that I had put down on it, but a friend dropped the camera and the film rolled out so that was one of the pictures that didn't turn out. Also after these photos were taken I have since then sewed on cuffs with buttons. This was all done in a lazy 2-3 day period with alot of goofing off. I don't plan on dancing this year so I have all of the year to construct the basics.Attached FilesThere should be a law against stupid people being able to breed!
