I need to know how you can easily put your bustle together and not have it fall apart. And I need to know if there is only northern traditional.

I don't know how to start a mess bustle, i've looked all over the internet on how to make one and there are no instructions on how to make one. So if anybody has any formation on how to make one I would really appreciate it.

I'm looking for help to make a bustle. One of the things I can't figure is how to do the star when you wrap the dowel rods or whatever use use to extend the feathers.
