by LSSWith the present day emergence of "Drum Groups", do any of you guys notice a difference in the way people sing?

I couldnt think of a good title, but i figured that one would get you interested.
What do you think about drums who show up for contest or split money when they arent really that great?
Not that I am any better, but when 40 drums show up to a powwow and some of them are...-

Being on the east coast, I have seen my share of strange things at powwows. Since Im a singer, I will focus on THE DRUM.
There are a bunch of strange drums in the east. You know who Im talking about. Those drums that sing and hit the drum but you dont know if its northern or southern....-

by ScarFaceCome on there's nothing wrong with a little friendly competition among drum groups. After all most of all groups know and get along pretty well with eachother. There may be some exceptions but that just adds to the contest. Now I don't want to hear from you winer's about how "real powwow singing...
