How do you handle a singer who has a serious health problem while at the drum?

Not that you wanna get real specific.....
But without specifics the answers are gonna be pretty general and obvious....
I personally feel and i'm sure others will agree....Drums do us a world of good in several areas..... most definitely our health and well being...."She also has a very soft skin. well it is my fault for not phrasing it well.
I am talkin' like sudden things- guy passes out, guy has heat stroke, guys pace maker goes off, that sorta thing.
Should he finish out the day if he can, or is better to go on and get checked out by the doc?Comment

I was in a singing contest this past weekend and realized that people vary with respect to how they penalize groups with subtle and obvious mistakes.
