Powwow singing contests are right around the corner.

Singers,

Have you ever had extra singers come to the drum after you've already registered with a full crew or after the first session?

Did you let them sing?

How did you handle the situation without making anyone mad or going over the singer number limit?

You know someone is stuck in traffic or a day behind so if you get fill ins it boils down to who's running da show....If you have someone who is on you like a cheap suit, well don't go there.....Usually as a rule of thumb if your on time your in the mix, if not.....Z.....Just have to crew up with someone else or your a spectator....That sux when its a heavy hitter....Can make a difference at the "pay window".

what ya really makes the sheeit hit the fan is ..... making your roster ... then submit it and the ones you put on your roster jump ship to sing with someone else the next day or later on in the evening

guys remember sheit like that ... and you be damn lucky to slide in with anyone else after doing crap like that LOL

The plot thickens.....

How about registering groups for purty big Powwow.....Then say an hour or so before the cut off the "editing" begins.....You know....Your sitting there waiting and you gaze at a few rosters....Low and behold a name appears with 2 or 3 different crews? Then theres always the "official" reps who want to "doctor" the roster.....I.E. "so and so said I can add myself or scratch this one or that one...." Gotta love the reply....."well tell so and so to come do it..." So..... so and so shows up and says the "official" is full of it.....What makes it even better is when you know folks.....The c'mon Bro.....The aw dude hook it up.....

None the less comedy makes the world go round.....N if there were no singers, well there would be no Powwow....

wouldn't it be awesome if drum groups would actually show up and sing without contesting????......the pros, you don't have hear anyones shyt about rosters, limits or cuts........the negative, you pay your own way........thats what I like there.....ah well....it doesn't matter anyway, where I'm at I'll be lucky to listen to my IPOD...........later
