    Manataba Park, 2nd Ave. & Mohave Rd.

      LOL.. For a bird powwow it wasn't bad. :) Pretty good turn out as far as dancers. There were only 4 visiting drums. The drum contest winners are as follows:
      3rd Omaha WhiteTail
      2nd Blu Thunder
      1st Battle River

      The other visiting drum was Two Guns.

              I was able to make it to this pow wow. It was nice but I did miss that 9 by the river. Deftones tonight @ the celeb. Oh yeah.

                Anyone know who won in the dance contests? Like men's traditional or womens fancy? Someone please post.

                  1st ? Thunder Hawk
                  2nd MJ Bull Bear
                  3rd Lonnie Street

                  I might have switched 2nd & 3rd around... Sorry... That's all I remember... The awards took place around 12:30a or so...

                    The brotha's name is HAWK (short for Chickenhawk) Thunderhawk... nobody ever seems to catch his first name *lol* Don't ask... I didn't name him... *lol*... JOKES... before anyone gets hostile...

                      I kinda thought thats what his first name was but I didn't want to run the risk of getting it wrong altogether.. :)
