  • 2005 Apple Blossom Powwow - April 2

It looks like Apple Blossom finally changed the date of their powwow to not be on the same weekend as the ASU Spring Competition Powwow.

For a one-day powwow, the one I went to in 2003 was well attended.

Who usually go who's going this year?

Hey T-techno! Are you doing the sound?

I'll be there, since its local.

I'll know in the coming days ... I talked with the contact person the other day, but that is no guarantee. I know I had fun the last time I provided sound support at McGee Park. If all works out, I will definitely be there to try out some new microphones!

It looks like this powwow is coming together rather well. I still don't know if I get to do the sound support until another week or so.

Who's on the headstaff? ...and what's the schedule gonna look like?

I gotta hit this one up this year....I hate the dust...the having to park a million miles away.......but, Sunray Park Casino more than makes up for all that!!!

          LMAO!

Okay ... I got the word - I'm providing sound reinforcement. There is also an annual powwow at Montezuma Creek, UT on the same day, we'll see if any drum groups are able to do the splits.

This powwow is this weekend at Ft. Lewis College in Durango. I don't know the headstaff except Tha Tribe is host Northern. Last year's powwow was pretty good.
