WHO'S KILLING EAGLES FOR POWWOW PROFIT
Are the ones buying these feathers just as guilty as the ones blasting these young birds, for black and whites. It seems the younger the better. Is there anybody trading these days? Is it alright to purchase along with a gift or trade? How do you feel about smoking are messenger to look good, or purchasing ones young on the black market.

I seen an article on Indianz.com last week. There was as much as 50 bald eagles found dead, i think at someones residence in canada. You might want to read the article. Its truly sad

I heard about that on the news some weeks back. That is sad. People should just register with Fish & Wildlife and get on the waiting list.

People should stop being so greedy and disrespectful of our animal friends. Don't they know every animal has a particular place in this world, and when things are out of balance, it's usually the animals that disappear first! When I grew up; my dad was a real alcoholic. He also happened to be the best hunter in the family; even though he liked his drink, that's one thing he would never do, never to hunt when drinking. He still held great respect for the deer, elk and antelope. Theres a word for it, but I can't remember what it was, but if you go hunting, or anything else concerning animals, you will never see one or take one for food again. Up here; in my husband's tribe, the word is,"Ne'Klahn'nee" because much of my and his traditional beliefs are similar.

For Canadians only ( Sorry can't ship to US*illegal big time) I know of a place where the Bald Eagle feathers are freely available, and I do know of someone now that might be up for a trade.

PM or Email me for details. No, this is NOT a joke, or a scam. I really do know who this person is, and that is who I made my trade with to get my feathers.

I have several feathers that I might like to trade for a nice beaded set. Also have some that might have potential to make a fan, with two spotted wing feathers, and two white, for a fan like that. They do need some work though, mostly just shaping and cleaning. Definately NOT ugly looking feathers.

                        Like that scares me

Its all perfectly legal here in Canada to trade and possess feathers no matter who you are.

Big tip... go to your local dump in the summer time, dime a dozen there if you get there at the right time

                                Hi,
My husband and myself are Vendor coordinators for a annual Powwow held in Denver. To better serve our vendors I wanted to ask a wider audience, what do all of you vendors want?
What is the optimal size for a booth space?
Is there anything we as coordinators can do to help...
