My daughter went, took my new beadwork at that, and called back at 2:00 a.m. last night saying "Mom, EVERYONE is here!" I said, I 'm not there, so noooo...not everyone, so quit making me feel bad that I am in Oklahoma. LOL
So, it must a good pow wow for a teenager to pay attention to who is at the pow wow. LOL I know she said Mandaree, Midnight, and Battle River are there(her 3 favorite drums). Someone please post the winners tomorrow night asap, because I know my girl won't pay any attention unless its teens or else young adults. LOLI am thankful for my grandparents, my parents, my brothers, my aunties and uncles, my children, my companion and all of those who influenced me to be strong and proud of being who I am and where I come from. well...i just got word from on of my Bros ( w/Stoney Creek) they placed second in Contemporary Drum Contest and i think Blackstone got first...Congrats to my Bros !!!!!! Come home safe Boys and Have a good flight :0)Grant me the senility to forget the people i never liked anyway, the good fortune to run into the ones i do, and the eyesight to tell the difference.Comment

The weekend was wicked with some mad singing and some jamming out dancers. The areana was packed and got to say Battel River was jamming. Don't forget Cabazon jams out November 25 major prize money so mark your calenders and get ready to jam out again.Comment
