Meherrin Indian Tribal Grounds Hwy 11 N between Ahoskie and Murfreesboro.
Host Drum: Medicine Tail (from Alabama)
MC: Clark Stewart (Chickahominy)
Head Dancers: Jason Evans (Haliwa-Saponi)
Kristey Evans (Meherrin)
AD: Jay Hill (Seneca)
Head Judge: Andrew Hunter (Meherrin)
Head Tabulator: Heather Mountain (Meherrin)
Competition dancing, Drum competition, Arts, Crafts, Jewelry, food and entertainment.
Grand Entry: Friday, Oct 21st at 6:00 pm; Saturday, Oct 22nd at 12 noon and 6:00 pm; Sunday Oct 23rd at 12 noon.
*Points will be taken at every grand entry*
Dancer registration- $3.00 for ages 1-11 and $5.00 for 12 & up
Drum Registration $40 per group.
Registration on Friday starts at 4:00pm and on Saturday at 9:00 am
Adult Prize money $400 1st place, $200 2nd place, and $150 3rd place for Men's N. Traditional, Men's S. Straight, Men's Fancy, Grass, Women's Traditional, Women's Fancy and Jingle.
Drum Competition Prize Money: $1000 1st place, $700 2nd place and $400 3rd place.

Roanoke Rapids is about 30-45 minutes away and they have a ton of hotels if you cannot find any rooms left in Ahoskie.
