Tigger - you didn't tell the people the highlight of the pow-wow....being able to carry my chairs from the pow-wow to my car....dang bro....

In Grass - Heard that Josh Richardson got 1st, Stick boy (John Oxendine) won 2nd, and Frank Lowry got 3rd.

April got third, Christal Ratt got 2nd and Becky Leviner got 1st.

Men's traditional - Cody got 1st, Osceola got 2nd and someone else got 3rd.

JD Moore was the only one in his category, so he won 1st Place in Men's fancy.
    Everything is gonna be alright!

                  LumbeeP,

I saw your boy last night at a powwow!

When is the Spring Lumbee dance?

                    :)

Yes, he said he sold a few CD's and is having a good time. I'll be out that way in Dec. for the Pawnee Fundraising Event.

John decided on the 2nd weekend in May---unless otherwise posted. I'll let ya know more in the morning.:) Take Care and enjoy the Conference.

                      sooooo

i ventured down and checked out your powwow... i had a good time and it was so VERY cold on Saturday. Keith of course had to terrorize me on the mic.. but it's all good...
It was my first time in Pembroke. It was nice to see some familiar faces and meet some new people.. I will have to check out the Spring Powwow. The northern song for Saturday night’s competition was RIGHT ON! I was jamming out and dippin low. Hahaha! But Sunday???? What’s up with the three push ups? Had me all second guessing myself *did I lose my northern ear?! * lol… But I still had a good time. Southern suns, Stoney Creek and KTN, jrs were all jamming!
i will definatly be back for more of your dances

OMG... I can't believe we made it for GE on Friday!! LOL.. After my other driver kinda sorta took a wrong turn in NY.. we ended up an hour from NYC. Had to step on the gas to make in time. There was no stopping... we were on a mission. We made it 10 mins before GE!!!

I couldn't believe how cold it was!!! Even us Northerners were FREEEEEZING!! As usual, my family had a great time in NC.

Highlight was watching my lil' Niece, Aalyiah, dance out there for her run-off. She made our weekend totally fun and full of laughs.

The WalMart was sooo convenient!! LOL... Real close by... all we hadda do was drive a minute and we were there.

3ndnbear... I know huh... I was really concentrating on that song too.. lol... thought maybe I miscounted. It was good newayz!!

Newhoooo... besides the cold... it was a nice pow wow!!
~* Keep smiling, it makes people wonder what you're up to *~
