Free MP3 Pow Wow Music Downloads? Legal? Not fair to the singers/drum groups? Also the poor recording labels that lose out on revenue? Should an entrepreneur establish a website like mp3powwowmusic.com to sell legal downloads? Is there links or places where this can be done now? What are your views? I need a, "duck N dive in mp3?"

It depends on how much $$ drumg groups get from their CD sales. It doesn't seem like drum groups make most of their $$ from their CDs.
Look at all the recorders around the drum. Are they reducing CD sales? I don't know. Maybe, maybe not.
Its not like the mass production and sales that nationally known artists have to deal with. These artists make alot of their $$ from CD sales.
