        The best part of this pow wow was when Ponchie Plain went out and Smoke Danced against Herbie! Never saw it coming...but it was fabulous....

                      I had fun with that smoke dance. The last time I did smoke dance was in the early 90's. Up in Kahnawake, Quebec. That was fun too. All the Haudenosanee had a good laugh at this Ojib. These three old Mohawk guys came up to me later and gave me some gifts and told me they appreciated that I was willing to try it out.
                      At Lansing, someone offered to make me a gustowa. Although I was thankful, I wouldn't feel right putting it on.

                      Don't look for this to happen again any time soon. It's harder than it looks.
