        U of W pow wow

        The pow wow was real good.....congrats to all the effort involved in putting this together, the student Assoc.... showed great hospitality to the guests when needed,.......as far as the hand drum contest.....well, we can't please everyone in the circle.....

        Any details on how the Shawl Special was held?

          The powwow was good, I showed up just before the feast, but the handdrum contest was a joke!

            In celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Carolina Indian Circle, will be holding it's 18th Annual Spring Pow Wow in the Great Hall located inside of the Frank Porter Graham Student Union. This will be a contest event and tribal cards must be shown to compete. All Dancers and Drums are welcome....
