In the original post I made I wasn't really getting down on you. I just hate to see people make fun of and nitpick those trying to learn a language which peji is obviously working on. Everyday I see older people ridicule younger people who try to speak Indian and its absurd. Anyone trying to learn a language should be encouraged; not discouraged...that was my point.
Thanks for the laugh of the insult though...haven't heard that in years! LOLI think everyone on this rez is addicted to Harry Potter...lol...

And yeah...... just to speak up for peji....... I know him and you should hear him and his sons belt out the old style Lakota songs. Yeah....... he may not have spelled it right...... but he knows what he says and sings. FYI.
Oh...... and just to add another note....... I agree. I also get really tired of people bein so picky ...... it's like no one hears what they are saying but just how they say it sometimes.Last edited by Mato Winyan; 12-07-2006, 02:44 PM."We see it as a desecration not only of a mountain but of our way of life. Hi everyone, pleased to finally find an active site for native quanderings.
