I had not thought of that. That is a good spin and throws another angle on things. It is possible that a box 26" long, 6" wide and deep box might be suspect but he should still have a tracking number (which he does not) and even then he should still keep up appearances instead of hiding. not to minimize anyone getting ripped off, but in all fairness the other side of the coin isnt always any easier. i had one guy claim he didnt get a flute i shipped him, so just trying to keep the client happy sent him another. he claimed he didnt get that one either.
another guy claimed he sent funds that i never got and then got ticked that i wouldnt ship the flute any way just on faith that the MO was on its way (his words not mine)

then theres anther guy that the international native american flute association has been tracking for a few years who also tried to get me too.

it would be nice if every transaction would go well and honorably, but thats just not reality

Not to take away from the validity of your concern, but it hasn't even been a month since you wired the money, no? With a three week delivery promise then that means, as of today, he is a week behind. I think that it's a little premature to be plastering his name over the Internet.

If it had been months, then I can see your concern. I know Jeff, and am certain he wouldn't intentionally rip anyone off. His passion for singing and drumming prohibits him from doing so.

idk though, although money isn't an emotion to be taken lightly..if I was him, and I was a week behind, but had every intention in seeing this order followed through...then seen that I was being called lieing cheat on the net....I would have kept the money to...be like hey something happened and I was gonna get you your sticks but since you went there..I'm keeping the money and there's nothing you can do about it..ofcourse I am the evil twin....

Obviously you saw Friday....Advertising or Marketing helps folks vent...It could also be a warning to others not to trust an individuals services....Obvious stuff right....I sort of come from a different school of thought though....and i'm going to find it quite interesting to hear via moccasin telegraph or "little birds" just who catches it this summer......

Two wrongs don't make a right. If if a seller wants to protect his rep, he should through on the transaction or return the money.
