Yeah it's Thursday through Sunday and I, too, hope it doesn't get rained out. It was rugged hot last year---I remember it was so hot and humid like 3 years ago that my braids blew up!!! lol.. My hair puffed up and broke open my hair barrette and I had to re-do my hair all over again---20minutes before grand entry too. But I hope the weather holds up cuz I sho' wanna dance and grab me one of those big crunchy corndogs, when I get one I'll be sure to lu-lu.

I'll be standing in the line for the choc dipped ice cream bar or pile of greasy fries. Yep, yep!!

I emailed a committee member a week and a half ago or so and I still haven't heard from them. Maybe they're very busy or something? I'll try to ask around see what I can get and I'll report back if y'all haven't heard anything yet.
