Yeah we went and it was a pretty good little powwow.
Not sure about the winners cause I wasn't listening lol
but I do know the drum contest went
1st Fort Peck Sioux
2nd Eyabay
3rd Yellowface
There was no 4th place even tho there was one advertised?????
Eyabay and Fort Peck got into a tie twice!!!!!! lol

Other drums there were eagle moutain, young eagle whistle, red plains, and lakota thunder. There was other drums but those ones were in the singing contest and I don't remember those other ones lol. Bad Nation was there, set up with 5 guys, they sounded good.

by CelenaI'll start out by saying the usual things were good about this powwow: the drums and the dancers. It's them that ultimately make or break a powwow, for the most part. There were some really great specials and the dancers really put up a good competition. The weather was mild, and it was not unbearably...
