The website is SoundsOfThunder.US POWWOW. It is also listed here on the powwows.com calender. Fri-Sun Oct 17-19. It should be noted (as the website details) the location has been moved closer to Fort Worth. It is now at the Trinity Meadows horse racing track in Willow Park. (Good place!)
And yes.......I am a tease! (you know you love it)"As through this world I've wandered, I've met lots of funny men. Some will rob you with a six-gun, and some with a fountain pen." -Woody Guthrie

We'll be there.........all 3 days............we only live about 10 miles west of the pow wow, so it will be nice not to have to travel long distance to go to a pow wow.
Yes, please support this pow wow if you can come.
They've had a rough time getting a secured location for the pow wow.
See ya there!

I have contacted them to see what happened. If anyone knows for sure, post it. The fact that the word discriminatory is used makes me feel a letter to the editor (Fort Worth Star-Telegram) comin' on."As through this world I've wandered, I've met lots of funny men. Some will rob you with a six-gun, and some with a fountain pen." -Woody Guthrie

by CelenaI'll start out by saying the usual things were good about this powwow: the drums and the dancers. It's them that ultimately make or break a powwow, for the most part. There were some really great specials and the dancers really put up a good competition. The weather was mild, and it was not unbearably...
