I had heard last year that was a round dance in NC...just wondering if there are any scheduled in the SE or area for this winter? Thanks.

In your neck of the woods you have the finest round dance singers in the world, some of which live for round dance singing!
In DC they have to recruit.Powwows will continue to evolve in many directions. It is inevitable.

I deleted the last thread I had on this becuz we had to change the date...
Due to conflicts of events on reserve, we had to change the date of the Round Dance. It is now a day earlier on Friday November 19th instead of Saturday the 20th. Sorry for any confusion, hope to see you all there!...-
