Hopefully, I can make it this year. I Missed last year and heard that it was really good. If the weather is good, I might ride the bike down.
Through the good times and bad times, always pray.

2nd Annual Johnny Hedgepeth Moccasin Blow Out

My family has approached me and they want to have another special for Johnny this year, a fancy dance off, an official mocassin blowout. Winner take all - $500.00...so it is official - fancy dancers unite and come on down to honor one of your own.

For those of you who did not know Johnny Blaze, he was an incredible young man whose life ended way too soon last year, at the age of 25, in an automobile accident. Johnny was a soldier, a singer, a fancy dancer, husband, father, son, brother and to me, my baby cousin. He will be forever missed...

Come on out and support this year's mocassin blow out...

I hope to be there on Saturday to see all my friends and family. YOu know Hollister is like a 2nd home to me - everyone still calls Mama Miss Chavis like they did in the 60's.
