If my old brain remembers right, 'moccassin blowout' was one of Ray Littleturtle's jokes to the crowd. He'd tell the public to watch out for a 'moccassin blowout' when the Fancy Dancers were getting ready to exhibition or contest.

His dad, Mr. Pete, wore a bear claw necklace and would to tell white people he killed the bear himself. Then he would laugh about it.

Mr Pete always had a smile on his face!!!

Why must I feel like that..why must I chase the cat?

He def liked to use that term - like when Keith Colston, Gabe Cleveland and Rick Cleveland was dancing. Those were the good ole days! We had some good times!

I meant Jerry Jr. not Gabe (it was too early in the morning), Beaver and also Danny Tramper. We were all so young and agile then. (especially in the clubs)
