naw they don't at least some i went to they didn't, im osage. so far went to barona, oceanside, i think i went to pala and there was few more i went to while i lived there for short time.

You have just answered your own question. California powwows do not ask for a card, neither do powwows in South Dakota.

naw i didnt answer my question ya jest silly lol i only been to a few out that way , i'm asking which ones that do card cuz i'm pretty sure that there are some that card. i havent been to any powwows up in south dakota.i think once i get my financial issues straightened out (meaning different job) i'll make it out to few out there. been to billings.

u know it seems out here more theres alot more that do card. it's odd a bit.
