Well it's done, my friends. My journey, in the NBC America's Got Talent show, is over...
I have to tell you, this is the most memorable, moment in my life. I used my Flute, to entertain, children, our Elders, and friends. Not sure what my life will entail after now.
I have lost everything. Home. Car. Sold everything to feed my family. I will keep my head up.
I do would like to request a prayer. ---In L.A., I met a Native American Hawaiian family. This was their 4th year in a row trying to audition for the America's Got Talent t.v. show. They also never received a call. Pray for them. Give them some Cider and Sweet Grass prayers. They deserve it.
Keep your fingers crossed. Maybe a Native will Represent our Traditional Talents, someday in the Show.....
As for me. I have to be truthful. My heart is broken. My Spirit feels like I let all of you and my family down. Will I let this ground me? No. But I do need some time....
I am very touched, by the support, i have been given. Ahe'hee.
In the last week, i have been told, I am the only One, in all the nationally televised reality talent shows combined, to receive this kind of wide Media Exposure. Without being selected to the Program!! lol.
It made me feel warm. But how true is that statement? true.
I was told to Google my name and see for myself. It only made me cry. I saw myself in different countries. Zchech Republic Got's Talent were rooting for me on their main website. I saw me in different languages across the Globe in Facebook and websites....i would of never imagined.
I am very touched. For some time I was scared. Now i am sad.
I not only auditioned in Los Angeles, CA, but I also put in a on-line Audition as well. Neither, fell through.
Take care, Everyone.
You are all my family. Ayo'anii nishni', guys!!
