Looks like coyote or rabbit skin wrapped around a hided stick. Not sure where the rattle is but looks more like a drum stick of some kind. Almost look aboriginal from the Aussies.Without a job, a man is hard lucked; without money, a man is poor; without a family, a man is nothing -
