What type of fabric does everybody use to make your wrap skirts, leggings and collar. I'm working on an outfit, and I think my mom usually used like a velveteen type fabric. I'm on my own with this one so just trying to get some ideas of the best fabric to use, velvet, velveteen, or a wool blend. Also where's the best place to purchase it.
