  • Am I doing this right?

    Ok.. hey ladies...

I'm working on my first dress. I was wondering if you can post some close up pics of your dress. I wanted to see how the beadwork looks like.

How wide should the rows be if I put 7 beads per/row?? (I'm not sure what size the beads are... but they're ur average beads that u would see at a pow wow... 13 I THINK) I'm not sure but should the beads be "flat" on my canvas or sort of arched?? I don't know how to explain it... should it look like the beads are sewn down?.. I hope you all are getting this.

Any help or advice you have... would really be appreciated.

I was at my ex-brother-laws house.. and I saw his "lazy stitch" work.. and his beads looked like they were sewn down. He's using a different number of beads and his rows are wider tho. Now, I'm wondering if I'm "lazy stitching" the right way.
~* Keep smiling, it makes people wonder what you're up to *~
