    I've also seen ojibwe, cree, and saulteaux strap dresses. People still wear them, i helped a friend in designing one last year (or the year before, they all blend in together, the years)

    While reading the encyclopedia of American Indian Costume I read that Ottawa at the time of contact were wearing the strap and sleeve dress. Do any Great Lakes people wear this dress to a Pow-wow nowdays? I am interested in putting together regalia from my tribe and I don't know where to start. Any suggestions?
