I need a pattern to make a new regalia. I have a leather one now and need a pattern for the cloth skirt and top. Or even for a dress pattern. I want the pattern for the skirt that goes to about mid shin. Thanks!!!

What style are you thinking? There are lots of different patterns/cloth dresses and skirts out there.

myself i like panel style its fun i suggest getting sum ideas by looking at others' then picking out what you like and what you dont like about ppl's patterns then make your own if you want a skirt you can easily buy a pants pattern and just make it wider toward the bottom to get the desired fullness

How many of you, when making a new dress, use a store bought pattern? Or are you just sooo dang good you don't need a pattern?

I usually use store bought patterns for the top.

        Fancy Flounce Skirts
        by meetmeinthegarden
I need help. I want to make a fancy flounce skirt...and I made one before by fluke it just worked out. I know that you have to make like...a tube...and a giant circle. But I am not sure how to size it up. I have about 3/4m for the tube and 1m for the flounce...but i forget how to measure. Anyone?...
