heres the deal...I have been dancing my whole life....me and my family have been going to traditional powwows all over since I was a baby. I am going to be competing in a few months for the first time and I was jus wondering what the judges look for and any other info on contest PW. I am in teens, and I am jus gonn go out there and do my best but I had a few questions....They usually jus give teen Fancy shawlers a straight song and a crow hop...right? Do they ever give them a double beat? Anything you can give me will be greatly appreciated. My father used to compete and place in MENS TRADISH so he knows a thing or two...LOL. not too much about teens fancy shawl...so any advice or guidance would help me out sooo much. Miigwetch!
