And I need some help...okay on the shawl how low should it go? Do I fringe the sides of the shawl too?

By the way...should i make a dress or just a skirt??

Your shawl should cover your bum and be a little wider than your arms stretched out. Fringe it with ribbon, and usually I put the fringe halfway up the sides.

Making a skirt will be easier. And you can make your cape to cover whatever shirt you're wearing.

oh okay...i need help on the shawl cuz my mom made this outfit for this one girl and the girl let me try the shawl and it fit really good except for the shawl kept hitting my butt...and it was annoying.

oh and also... is fabric always going to be really stiff? what kinda fabric is there thats really light... like light weight

2 make a shawl, ill just tell u how i do it ....it make the width up 2 my knees and i put fringes on the side of the shawl 2.
I would also suggest to make a dress.......good luck.
