    :D it is hard to get in shape for dancing....diet and exercise is key for fancy. Running used to do the trick but age is up therenow so they say weight training is key too. make sure you stretch your achillies tendons cause thats were we shawl dancers get injured.

    i barely strained my accelles tendon and that thing hurt like a mother. taught me how importantly it is to stretch for dancing.
