Who in your area set the Trends?
Down here in Cali it used to be Shawna Tom and Netty Begay. These gurlz were awesome. Netty had alot of Netty clones every weekend. When Shawna danced everybody stoped what they were doing to watch her dance. Boy was she airbourne. Very light. Everyone was getting a sequin set in a hurry and putting reflector tape on the ribbon of there shawls. So who sets the trends in your area? Were talking strickly fancy now!:Angel:

The trend setters here in az are Ursaloria Kanuho, Shimaray Yazzie, and Rose Track. They have it all. Plus they know how to get down!!!!!!!

They're both married with kids now....Netty is now Antoinette Yazzie and Tiffany is Tiffany Paskemin......FYI.....:)

I have to put this question out there for the powwow people to decide...What is your opinion of dancers who still dance in teens when we all know and they know too that they should be in adults...i have a friend who goes out with a girl who is suppose to be dancing in women's but chooses to dance in...02-21-2006, 03:58 PM -
