Owch side stitches/leg cramps
N E 1 ever get stomach side stitches or leg cramps during contest?I get a side stitch usualy on my left side and it pains me to continue on dancing like nothing is wrong.sometimes I get a leg cramp in my calf that one is a real killer.

if you get leg cramps eat some bannanas,they help if you eat like 1 before you dance.who lives in a pineapple under the sea? man i wish it was me! -
