    Fancy Shawl Outfits

    Boozhoo. I am starting up a business of making fancy shawl outfits. I make the skirt...w/a ruffle, the shawl just has ribbon on the bottom, i make the yoke as well as the leggans with hair ties. If nyone is interested in getting a custom made outfit, let me know.
