I use to do it on my toes (shut up lolol) but now that I'm learning how to walk again (re-adjustment phase no big whoop) I think I'm gonna be flat footed.... Kicker is, my straight step was done on my toes too so Lord only knows how that will go.

I do mine up on my toes even though my legs start burning!! Especially if it's a second song (out of shape!!!).

i can to the toes but, only if i've been working out... other then that, flat is the answer.... but, if i start on my toes I wil not end the song any other way then on my toes... ;)

Flat, I dance almost all the other songs on my toes I need I break sometimes. LOL

No I dance flat because that's the way I was taught. (but I like to think I could dance a whole song on my toes if I practiced)

Depending on the dancing surface I can dance both. But I have been doing sidestep on my toes alot more lately. Seems to be easier for me.
