i'd prefer wing fans too but i don't know of anyone who can make one for me. where do you all get your fans from? i've been wanting a wing fan for a long time now and i just don't know where to ask for one.

I have a couple winged fans and I really like them specially when i'm sweating like crazy.

I just barely got my wing fan..so no yer not the only one..I like winged fans..plus I'ved that lots of peeps in Canada use am ALOT, not like here in the USA..LOL..I've got a Jess Williams fan and so does half the other dancers out west..oh well...I'm just thankful that I have been given one..OPPS I thought you meant for jingle!!!LOL...dang sawwy...but my mom still uses a wing...but she's been dancing all her life ,,so i guess thats why..wings were WAY in back than..

I use both styles. I love the way a wing looks. A fan that has the feathers arranged and spread out, seems to put out AIR better though, it comes in handy when your sweatin' under the old buckskin dress.

wing type fan instead of a fan with feathers spaced out? I have one of those fans but I would rather go back to a wing one if I wanna dance traditional (once I get married).
