I just cut out my own. I measure the ankle, and the upper calf, add 1 inch or 1 1/2 inch to those measurements. Usually my leggings are 11-12 inches tall. I get the curve at the top by using a bowl or large saucer plate. The bottom should have a much more gradual curve.

I Cut my own also, I use canvase for the material decorate then back with canvse again if needed. I've used zipper and tie closures and I prefer zipper. You can hide it by setting it back some.

Patterns for Overdress and Iroquois style skirt
            by ginabgood1
Does anyone know where I can get a pattern to make an Iroquois style overdress and wrap skirt? I have one wrap skirt that I purchased ready made at a pow wow and added my own beadwork to it, but it's getting pretty worn. I don't want to cut it apart to make a pattern from it if I can avoid it. ...

            by lsijohn
I found a pattern for a vest, and I really liked the cut. It was a simplicity pattern #7031. I made one a few years ago, and now can only find miscellaneous pieces to my pattern.

I went to the fabric store to buy another pattern to replace this pattern, and it has since been discontinued!!!...

I'm trying to find accurate info on how to make Lakota and Cheyenne cradleboards. The article in Whispering Wind is out of print. Does anyone have anything they can share? I'll even barter if I have to to get the instructions and info.
