i wanna know who is up and coming mainly in OKLAHOMA or around that area. from jrs. to teens, teens to womens in jingle and fancy shawl.

well shes not from ok, but i think shes a good up and comer for ladies jingle. I think she just turned 18. Shannon George. I think this girl has some really good moves just needs a better outfit so she can stand out like the rest of the girls!
